Women (and Children) Walk for Katif: Marine Park, Brooklyn

A solidarity walk to benefit residents of the former Gush Katif is scheduled Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Marine Park in Brooklyn, New York.  Women’s & Children Walk for Katif   is being sponsored jointly by Young Israel of Avenue K and National Council of Young Israel. The Walk will take place from 11 am -12:30 pm and will start at the main entrance of Marine Park (Marine Parkway and Fillmore Avenue). Participants are eligible for free prizes, snacks, and drinks. All proceeds will benefit the residents of the former Gush Katif..
