To serve the individual needs of Young Israel branches and non Young Israel Orthodox Congregations on a more local level, the National Council of Young Israel schedules Regional Synagogue Leadership Days throughout North America. These events provide synagogue leadership with practical strategies for the challenges they confront. Regional Synagogue Leadership Days are open to all presidents, board and committee members, sisterhood leaders, rabbis, rebbetzens, executive directors, and youth directors.
