TOURAY WEST

Touray West is a travel program for post 9th, 10th or 11th grade girls who are looking for a great summer touring around the Western United States in a Torah environment. Touray West, guided by Young Israel, will incorporate touring, learning, sightseeing and other activities.

Days will be filled by all the great sites and attractions available on the West Coast. Nights will include fun night activities in the hotel, learning, or relaxing. Daily topical learning sessions will round out the program with interesting Torah topics often related to tour locations.

Touray West will be supervised by Rabbi Shmuel and Mrs. Rebecca Skaist. A faculty member at Bruriah High School in Elizabeth, NJ, Mrs. Skaist has loads of prior camp and travel program experience. She will supervise a stellar staff of counselors who will guide the participants on their adventure through the Western USA.

Here is a Google map with a listing of all the places on the itinerary. The tour starts in San Francisco, then heads South to L.A., followed by Arizona and Nevada. Check it out!! For a much better listing of all the sites, click on the larger map.
