Dear Friends:

Once again, we are planning to print a Book of Remembrance for our Yizkor services throughout the coming year. This book will feature Hebrew and English versions of all prayers recited during Yizkor and will be used on the following dates when Yizkor is said:

Yom Kippur                            Monday, September 28, 2009
Shemini Atzeret                       Shabbos, October 10, 2009
Last Day of Pesach                 Tuesday, April 6, 2010
Second Day of Shavout          Thursday, May 20, 2010

The book will also contain the names of those we remember at Yizkor and the cost for inclusion is $18 per name. Placing names in the Book of Remembrance is a wonderful way to remember those loved ones whom we have lost. To ensure your inclusion in the 5770 / 2009-10 Book of Remembrance, please return the attached form and check for the appropriate amount to the shul office prior to Friday, August 14, 2009.
