CHANUKAH OIL & DREIDEL TOURNAMENT!!!

SUNDAY-DECEMBER 14, 2008 9:00-10:30am AGES: 6-12 Details: A fun and interactive event where children get an opportunity to squeeze fresh olives, just like in the days of the Maccabees, and purify their oil using a centrifuge. Once the oil is purified, participants make wicks out of cotton, after which the oil and wicks are kindled in a special Menorah lighting ceremony. After all of that, we will have a Dreidel Tournament to win prizes and more!
